Viggle AI is a neural network for creating fun short videos. The idea is simple: you upload an animation video or choose a ready-made template, then add a photo of the person who should be the main character.

You can use it for free through the app or online at viggle.ai/create. Processing is quite fast, and the generation quality is pretty good, but without a subscription, the video will have a watermark.
